The present invention relates to a J-tube seal for offshore wind. A J-tube seal for offshore wind according to the present invention includes a body, a bell mouth formed at one end of the body, a J tube which includes a flange formed along the circumference direction of the end of the bell mouth, a separation-type flange which is combined with the flange, and a penetration hole which is for inserting the J tube and is formed along the length direction. A support part which supports one side of the separation-type flange includes a plug which protrudes along the circumference direction in a positon of an outer surface.
