A motor control system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a vehicle controller which generates a torque command; an inverter which generates the maximum reverse magnetic flux, measures a current temperature of a motor, generates a compensation temperature by adding a correction temperature to the measured current temperature of the motor, and generates a current command by substituting the maximum reverse magnetic flux and compensation temperature on a current map per temperature; and a motor driven by the inverter. The compensation temperature is generated by using a reverse electric intensity constant of the motor at 90° and a reverse electric intensity design value at 90°.

    본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 모터 제어 장치는, 토크 지령을 생성하는 차량 제어기; 최대 역자속을 생성하고, 상기 모터의 현재 온도를 측정하고, 측정된 상기 모터의 현재 온도에 보정 온도를 합하여 보상온도를 생성하며, 상기 토크 지령, 상기 최대 역자속 및 상기 보상온도를 온도별 전류 맵에 대입하여 전류 지령을 생성하는 인버터; 및 상기 인버터에 의해 구동되는 모터를 포함하고, 상기 보정 온도는 상기 모터의 90도에서의 역기전력 상수 및 90도에서의 역기전력 설계치를 이용하여 생성된다.
