본 발명은, 차체 모델 (200) 을 취득하고 (13), 차체 모델 (200) 에 복수의 구분 영역을 설정하고 (15), 진동 소음 저감 대상 패널 부품 모델을 설정하고 (17), 차체 모델 (200) 의 진동 해석에 의해 진동 소음 저감 대상 패널 부품 모델의 진동 모드와 등가 방사 파워의 피크 주파수를 선정하고 (19), 하나 또는 복수의 구분 영역의 중량을 변경하여 진동 소음 저감 대상 패널 부품 모델의 등가 방사 파워의 피크 주파수를 취득하고 (21), 취득한 등가 방사 파워의 피크 주파수에 대한 각 구분 영역의 중량의 기여도를 산출하고 (S23), 각 구분 영역의 중량의 기여도에 기초하여, 자동차의 패널 부품으로부터의 진동 소음을 저감하기 위해서 차체를 경량화하는 부위를 특정한다 (25).
