본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량에 장착되어 주변 물체를 감지하는 물체 감지 장치에 있어서, 각각 서로 다른 주파수를 가지는 2 이상의 초음파 신호를 발생시키는 복수의 초음파 센서; 초음파 신호 발생에 관한 스케줄링 정보에 기초하여 상기 복수의 초음파 센서가 초음파 신호를 송신하고, 상기 송신한 초음파 신호가 물체로부터 반사된 반사 신호를 수신하도록 제어하고, 상기 반사 신호에 기초하여 상기 물체와의 거리를 식별하는 제어부를 포함한다.

    According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is an object detection device mounted on a vehicle to detect surrounding objects, which includes: a plurality of ultrasonic sensors each generating two or more ultrasonic signals having different frequencies; and a control unit which controls the plurality of ultrasonic sensors to transmit ultrasonic signals based on scheduling information regarding ultrasonic signal generation, controls the transmitted ultrasonic signals to receive reflected signals reflected from an object, and identifies the distance to the object based on the reflected signal.
