타이어 경도 측정방법 및 타이어시편 고정장치를 개시한다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 타이어 경도 측정방법은 타이어를 반경방향으로 절단하여 타이어시편을 획득하는 시편절단공정; 타이어시편의 양측 비드부를 고정장치로 각각 결속하여 양측 비드부 사이의 간격을 설정한 측정조건으로 유지시키는 시편장착공정; 및 고정장치에 결속된 타이어시편의 절단면을 경도측정기의 침으로 가압하여 경도를 측정하는 경도측정공정;을 포함한다.

    Disclosed are a tire hardness measurement method and a tire specimen fixing device. The tire hardness measurement method according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a specimen cutting step of cutting a tire in a radial direction to obtain a tire specimen; a specimen mounting step of binding bead parts on both sides of the tire specimen with a fixing device to maintain the distance between the bead parts on both sides under a set measurement condition; and a hardness measurement step of measuring hardness by pressing the cut surface of the tire specimen bound to the fixing device with a needle of a hardness measuring device. One aspect of the present invention is to provide the tire hardness measurement method, which allows to accurately measure not only the hardness on the surface side of the tread, but also the hardness on the inside of the tread.
