본 발명은 차량의 토크량 검출수단과 조향각 검출수단 및 이들을 수용하는 하우징을 포함하여 구성되는 복합형 토크센서의 조향각 영점설정 스위치 및 이를 이용한 조향각 영점설정 방법에 관한 것으로, 좀더 상세하게 설명하자면, 상기 하우징 내에서 PCB 기판 위에 설치되어 있는 홀 스위치(Hall switch)와; 상기 하우징 밖에서 비접촉 상태로 상기 홀 스위치를 제어하는 영점설정용 마그네트(Magnet); 를 포함하여 구성되는 조향각 영점설정 스위치 및 이를 이용한 조향각 영점설정 방법에 관한 것이다.

    The present invention relates to a zero-point setting switch of a steering angle for a complex torque sensor and a method for setting a zero-point of a steering angle using the same, capable of facilitating zero-point setting work. The zero-point setting switch of the steering angle for a complex torque sensor includes a torque rate detecting unit for a vehicle, a steering angle detecting unit, and a housing accommodating the torque rate detecting unit for a vehicle and the steering angle detecting unit. More specifically, the zero-point setting switch of the steering angle comprises: a hall switch installed on a PCB substrate in the housing; and a magnet for setting a zero-point controlling the hall switch in a noncontact state on the outside of the housing.
