본 발명은 캐리어가 발광층 계면에 적체됨을 방지하여, 유기 발광 소자의 효율을 향상시키고, 수명을 향상시킬 수 있다. 이를 위해 발광층과 접한 전자 저지층의 LUMO 에너지 준위와 일정 이상 차를 갖는 LUMO 준위의 n형 호스트를 발광층에 포함한다.

    The present invention relates to an organic light emitting device which can improve efficiency of the organic light emitting device, and can improve durability by preventing a carrier from being stacked on an interface of a light emitting layer. To this end, the light emitting layer includes an n-type host with the lowest unoccupied molecular orbitals level (LUMO) having a difference of a predetermined level or higher with a LUMO energy level of an electron blocking layer being in contact with the light emitting layer.
