본 발명에 따른 차량용 주차 브레이크 장치는, 구동부로부터 동력을 전달받아 브레이크 패드를 가압하는 한 쌍의 가압부와, 한 쌍의 가압부 사이에 설치되어 한 쌍의 가압부에 각각 연결되고, 한 쌍의 가압부 중 어느 하나의 가압 하중을 나머지 하나의 가압부로 전달하는 하중전달부와, 가압부와 하중전달부 중 적어도 어느 하나의 위치를 장착케이스 내에서 고정하는 장착브라켓을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

    The present invention is to provide a parking brake apparatus for a vehicle in which a load can be uniformly transmitted to a brake pad due to a load transmission unit. According to the present invention, a parking brake apparatus comprises: a pair of pressing units receiving power from a driving unit and pressing a brake pad; a load transmission unit installed between the pair of pressing units and connected to the pair of pressing units, respectively, and transmitting a pressing load of any one of the pair of pressing units to the other pressing unit; and a mounting bracket for fixing at least one of the pressing unit and the load transmission unit in a mounting case.
