본 발명은 단일소재를 이용한 전기차량용 트렁크 내장의 제조방법에 관한 것이며, 구체적으로는 PP 단일소재를 이용하고, 폐쇄형(Closed Structure)의 PP 폼과 개방형(Open Structure)의 PP 폼을 적층하여 경량이면서도 기계적 특성 및 차음성, 흡음성이 우수하고, 성형 후 뒤틀림이 적은 성형성이 우수한 전기차량용 트렁크 내장재의 제조방법의 제공을 목적으로 하는 것이다.
