본 발명은 차량용 내장 부품 피복재와 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 원단에 제1코팅층이 형성되고, 제1코팅층에 발열부와 전극부가 인쇄된다. 또한 상기 발열부와 전극부는 인쇄홀이 형성된 각각의 전용 지그를 이용하여 형성된다. 따라서 별도로 제작된 면상 발열체를 피복재와 결합하는 공정이 필요 없게 됨으로써 공정수가 감소되고, 보다 단순한 구성으로 복사열 난방 장치를 구성할 수 있으며, 발열부와 전극부를 설계 사양대로 정확하게 형성할 수 있다.
