본 발명은, 트림조절을 위한 2개의 홀드가 형성된 선미부를 도크에 부분진수하여 리도킹하는 단계; 멀티링 블록으로 구성된 중앙부를 상기 도크에 부분진수하여 리도킹하는 단계; 및 선수부를 탑재하여 상기 도크에서 건조를 완료하는 단계;를 포함하여서, 선미부의 2개의 홀드를 통해 리도킹을 안정적이고 효율적으로 수행하며, 선미부의 충분한 부력에 의해 트림조절을 유연하게 할 수 있으며, 중앙부의 해상 부분진수를 통해 멀티링 블록구성을 최대화하여 공기를 단축할 수 있고, 홀 시공 시점을 도크 단계에서 수행하여 부력을 추가적으로 확보할 수 있는, VLCC 부분진수 건조방법을 제공한다.
The present invention relates to a method for building a very large crude-oil carrier (VLCC) in tandem, which comprises: a step of re-docking a stern unit having two holds for trim adjustment in tandem on a dock; a step of re-docking a central unit composed of multi-ring blocks in tandem on the dock; and a step of mounting a bow unit to complete shipbuilding on the dock. Therefore, by using the two holds of the stern unit, the re-docking can be stably and efficiently performed. Furthermore, trim adjustment can be flexibly performed by the sufficient buoyancy of the stern unit. Moreover, the multi-ring block composition can be maximized by means of the maritime tandem of the central unit, thereby shortening construction time. Not only that, a hole construction can be performed at the docking stage, thereby additionally obtaining buoyancy.
