선박의 배기 폐열 회수 방법 및 시스템이 제공된다. 본 발명의 선박의 배기 폐열 회수 방법은, 1) 선박 엔진의 연료로 고유황유 및 저유황유를 선택적으로 공급하는 단계; 2) 폐열회수부에서 상기 엔진으로부터 배출되는 배기를 열원으로 물을 가열하여 스팀을 생산해 선내의 스팀 소비처로 공급하는 단계; 및 3) 상기 스팀 소비처에서 배출되는 상기 스팀을 응축시켜 상기 단계 2)로 순환시키는 단계; 를 포함하되, 상기 엔진으로 고유황유 또는 저유황유가 공급되는 연료공급모드에 따라 고압 또는 저압 스팀 모드로 작동되도록 상기 폐열회수부는 듀얼 세팅되고, 스팀 압력에 따라 상기 폐열회수부에서 물을 펌핑하는 펌프의 헤드 압력이 조절되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

    Provided are a method and a system for recovering exhaust waste heat of a ship. The method for recovering exhaust waste heat of a ship includes the following steps of: 1) selectively supplying high-sulfur oil and low-sulfur oil as fuel of an engine of the ship; 2) heating water by using exhaust discharged from the engine as a heat source in a waste heat recovery part, generating steam, and supplying the same to a steam consuming place in the ship; and 3) condensing the steam discharged from the steam consuming place to circulate the same to the step 2). The waste heat recovery part is dually set to be operated in a high-pressure or low-pressure steam mode in accordance with a fuel supply mode in which the high-sulfur oil or the low-sulfur oil is supplied to the engine. Head pressure of a pump pumping water in the waste heat recovery part is controlled in accordance with the steam pressure.
