A method for providing dangerous situation information comprises: a step (S11) of registering and storing unique information of a driver smart terminal, operation time information of a ship or a boat, water gate monitoring area information, unique information of water gate opening/closing operation modules 1 to n, unique information of a competent police station server, and unique information of a competent fire station server in a management server; a step (S12) of transmitting the unique information of the driver smart terminal, the operation time information of the ship or the boat, and the water gate monitoring area information to the water gate opening/closing operation module 1 to the water gate opening/closing operation module n, the competent police station server, and the competent fire station server to store and manage the information; a step (S13) of transmitting open information, open time information, close information, and close time information of each water gate to the management server by opening/closing operation module 1 to opening/closing operation module n for operating and controlling opening/closing of each water gate; a step (S14) of transmitting the received open information, open time information, close information, and close time information of the water gate 1 to n to the competent police station server and the competent fire station server to store and manage the information; a step (S15) of transmitting location information and the operation time information to the management server in real time by the driver smart terminal held by a corresponding ship or boat driver; a step (S16) of determining whether a current location of the driver smart terminal of the ship or the boat exists in a location within the water gate monitoring area; a step (S17) of transmitting the smart terminal unique information of the ship or the boat driver, the operation time information, the open information of the water gate 1 to the water gate n, and the open time information to the water gate opening/closing operation module 1 and the water gate opening/closing operation module n, the competent police station server and the competent fire station server to authenticate by the management server; a step (S18) of transmitting authentication result information to the management server when the received smart terminal unique information of the ship or the boat driver, the operation time information, the open information of the water gate 1 to water gate n, and the open time information match pre-stored information by the water gate opening/closing operation module 1, the water gate opening/closing operation module n, the competent police station server, and the competent fire station server; and a step (S19) of allowing the management server receiving authentication result information to transmit an alarm to a smart terminal of a driver of a ship or a boat to automatically provide the alarm by a voice. According to the present invention, the method for providing information on a dangerous situation of approaching a boat of a drainage sluice gate provides an alarm to a ship or a boat approaching the water gate when the water gate is opened in a water gate system installed in a large lake or a seawall, thereby preventing the ship or the boat from being swept away by a rapid current.
