The present invention relates to a rotating body assembly device for a sun visor for a vehicle, and more specifically to the rotating body assembly device for a sun visor for a vehicle in which rotating shafts are symmetrically provided to match a driver's seat and a passenger's seat when a sun visor used as a sunshade for the driver's seat and the passenger's seat in a vehicle is combined with a rotating body consisting of the rotating shafts and a cover. In order to minimize defects by identifying the rotating shafts suitable for the driver's seat and the passenger's seat before combining them with the cover, the rotating shafts are provided in a fixture so that "LH" and "RH" are identified in an identification part provided on the rotating shafts of the driver's seat and the passenger's seat, and a cylinder of an operating part is operated by a signal that identifies the identification part of the rotating shaft by a surveillance camera provided on the upper part of the fixture, so that the cover can be assembled with the rotating shaft. Thus, a control part operates the cylinder by the identified signal, so that an insert provided with a cover moves along a rail to be assembled with the rotating shaft, and when the rotating shafts of the driver's seat and the passenger's seat are combined with the cover, the cylinder of the operating part is operated by a signal that identifies the identification part of the rotating shaft by the surveillance camera provided on the upper part of the fixture, so that the cover can be assembled with the rotating shaft. By making it possible to assemble, the present invention has an advantage of solving a problem of requiring skilled workers to identify defects and work on them through the worker's identification ability, and has an advantage of improving productivity by eliminating the cause of lower productivity and increased manufacturing costs.

    본 발명은 차량의 선바이즈용 회전체 조립장치에 관한 것으로, 좀더 상세하게는 차량용에 운전석과 보조석에 햇볕 가리개로 사용되는 선바이즈를 회전축과 커버로 이루어진 회전체 결합시 운전석과 보조석에 맞도록 회전축을 대칭으로 마련하여 커버와 결합시 운전석과 보조석에 맞는 회전축을 커버와 결합 전에 식별하여 불량을 최소화하기 위해, 운전석과 보조석의 회전축에 마련한 식별부에 'LH'와 'RH'를 식별하도록 고정구에 회전축을 마련하고 고정구 상부에 감시카메라에 의해 회전축의 식별부를 확인한 신호에 의해 작동부의 실린더를 작동시켜 커버를 회전축과 조립가능케 하여 그 식별된 신호에 의해 제어부에서 실린더를 작동시켜 커버를 마련한 인서트를 레일을 따라 이동시켜 회전축과 조립가능케 운전석과 보조석의 회전축과 커버 결합시 회전축을 마련한 고정구 상부에 마련한 감시카메라에 의해 회전축의 식별부를 확인한 신호에 의해 작동부의 실린더를 작동시켜 커버를 회전축과 조립가능케 하여, 종래에 작업자의 식별력으로 불량을 파악하여 작업하므로 숙련된 작업자를 필요로 하는 문제점을 해결하는 이점과, 그로 인한 생산성이 낮아져서 제조단가를 증가시키는 원인을 제거하여 생산성을 향상시키게 하는 이점이 있는 것이다.
