본 발명은 차량용 공조장치에 관한 것으로서, 냉방모드 중, 창유리측 방향으로의 공기토출모드 진입 시에, 창유리부분으로의 "냉풍 토출량"을 제한함으로써, 창유리부분으로의 "냉풍 토출"로 인한 차실외측부분의 "창유리 김서림 현상"을 방지하되, 차실내의 급격한 온도변화를 방지하면서 동시에 차실외측부분의 "창유리 김서림 현상"을 효율좋게 방지할 수 있도록 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은, 냉풍통로와 온풍통로의 개도량을 조절하여 차실내의 토출공기온도를 제어하는 템프 도어(Temp. Door)와, 차실내의 공기토출모드를 제어하는 모드도어(Mode Door)들을 포함하는 차량용 공조장치에 있어서, 차실내의 냉방조건에서 창유리부분으로 공기를 토출하는 모드가 선택될 시에, 증발기의 온도가 미리 설정된 기준온도 이하인 조건이면, 냉풍통로에 대한 템프 도어의 최대 개도량을 가변 제어하되, 미리 설정된 로직을 통해, 창유리측 냉풍토출로 인한 차실외측 창유리부분의 김서림 발생확률을 판단하고, 판단한 차실외측 창유리부분의 김서림 발생확률에 따라 냉풍통로에 대한 템프 도어의 최대 개도량을 능동적으로 가변 제어하는 제어부를 구비한다.

    The present invention relates to an air conditioning system for a vehicle, which can limit ″a discharge amount of cool air″ to a window glass portion when entering an air discharge mode in a direction of window glass during a cooling mode, so that ″window glass fogging″ on an outer portion of a vehicle interior caused by the ″cool air discharge″ to the window glass portion is prevented. That is, the air conditioning system for a vehicle is to prevent a rapid temperature change in the vehicle interior and at the same time, effectively prevent the ″window glass fogging″ on the outer portion of the vehicle interior. To this end, according to the present invention, the air conditioning system for a vehicle includes a temp door for controlling a discharge air temperature in the vehicle interior by controlling the amount of opening of cold and warm air passages, and mode doors for controlling the air discharge mode in the vehicle interior, and has a control unit. When the mode for discharging air to the window glass portion is selected in a cooling condition of the vehicle interior, the control unit variably controls the maximum opening amount of the temp door with respect to the cooling air passage if the temperature of an evaporator is equal to or less than a preset reference temperature. The control unit determines the probability of occurrence of fogging on the window glass portion outside the vehicle interior due to the cold air discharge on the window glass side, through a preset logic, and actively and variably controls the maximum opening amount of the temp door with respect to the cold wind passage according to the determined probability of occurrence of fogging on the window glass portion outside the vehicle interior.
