본 발명은 수동변속기용 변속레버 하우징에 관한 것으로, 시프트레버(2)를 이용한 변속 조작시 강도 유지에 영향을 주지 않는 다수 부위에 하측으로 개구된 홀을 형성함으로써 변속레버 하우징(1)의 전체적인 중량감소와 원가절감 및 연비향상을 도모할 수 있도록 된 것이다.

    A shift lever housing for a manual transmission may include a shift cable base portion sealed to not have a hole that is open downward to a bottom located between a shift cable through-hole and a shift cable connector; and a select cable base portion positioned at one side of the shift cable base portion and having a base hole that is open downward to a bottom located between a selector lever installation hole and a select cable connector.
