주기재층의 두께가 3.9 내지 5.9mm인 폴리카보네이트 층과 주기재층의 상하부면에 0.1mm 내지 0.5mm 두께로 공압출되어 적층되는 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 스킨층으로 이루어진 다층 공압출 시트로서, 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 스킨층의 240~295nm 파장 투과율이 5% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 글래이징용 다층시트.

    Optimum conditions are created through numerous experiments about manufacturing methods, material properties, coating solutions and coating methods to use coating products of PMMA/PC and PMMA/PC/PMMA multi-layer composite as automobile windows or sunroof materials. The coating products of PMMA/PC and PMMA/PC/PMMA multi-layer composite has more excellent impact resistance, weather resistance, and scratch resistance than glasses.
