본 발명은 냉각장치에 의한 지게차 슈 냉각방법에 관한 것으로, 지게차의 무한궤도를 이루는 지게차 체인의 링크위에 장착되는 지게차의 슈를 제작하되, 지게차의 슈 제작공정 중 냉각공정에서 냉각장치(200)에 의해 지게차의 슈(20)가 평탄도 변형을 최소화하여 변형이 없도록 하는 것으로, 본발명은 지게차의 슈 제작공정에서 냉각장치에 의해 가열, 담금질 공정을 거친 후, 지게차의 슈를 냉각할 시 평탄도를 정밀하게 하고, 품질이 우수하며, 불량률이 줄어드는 현저한 효과가 있다.

    The present invention relates to a forklift shoe cooling method by a cooling device, and is to cause no deformation by minimizing a flatness change of a forklift shoe (20) by a cooling device (200) during a cooling process of a forklift shoe manufacturing process for manufacturing the forklift shoe mounted on a link of a forklift chain forming an endless track of a forklift. The present invention achieves precise flatness, excellent quality, and a reduced defect rate when cooling the forklift shoe after heating and quenching by the cooling device.
