본 발명은 해양설비에서 해수를 임시적으로 공급하는 시스템에 있어서: 비상수관(45)을 통하여 청수쿨러(20)에 연결되는 해수저장수단; 상기 비상수관(45)의 상류측에 해수저장수단의 해수를 이송하도록 설치되는 빌지펌프(40); 및 상기 비상수관(45) 상에 설치되어 설정된 조건으로 유로를 개폐하는 유로전환밸브(50);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 각종 해양설비에서 전원중단 시에 대응하여 중요보기에 해수를 공급함에 있어 고가의 펌프 등을 설치하지 않고 안정적인 해수공급을 실현하여 전반적인 시스템의 효율성을 향상하는 효과가 있다.

    According to the present invention, a temporary seawater supply system for an offshore facility comprises: a seawater storage means connected to a clear water cooler (20) through an emergency water pipe (45); a bilge pump (40) installed to transfer seawater of the seawater storage means at an upstream side of the emergency water pipe (45); and a flow rate conversion valve (50) installed in the emergency water pipe (45) to open and close a flow rate with a predetermined condition. Therefore, when power is cut off in various offshore facilities, when seawater is applied to an important bogie, seawater can be stably supplied without an expensive pump or the like for efficiency of the whole system to be improved.
