The present invention relates to a smart service system for wireless charging and parking management and comprises: at least one wireless charging parking control unit installed in the center of a unit parking surface and comprising a wireless power transmission unit for wirelessly charging an electric vehicle when a vehicle including a wirelessly chargeable electric vehicle is parked in the unit parking surface and a parking blocking control unit capable of opening and closing the unit parking surface by vertically rotating a barrier wing for parking management; a wireless charging parking management server connected to the wireless charging parking control unit via a network, controlling the operation of the wireless charging parking control unit and the opening and closing of the barrier wing to manage the entry and exit of vehicles into and out of a parking area, calculating the charging and parking fees, and executing a payment and parking management services; and at least one user terminal connected to the wireless charging parking management server via a network, receiving parking information for the parking area, requesting at least one of parking and charging of a vehicle, paying a fee for the requested wireless charging and parking, and requesting exit by opening the barrier wing. Accordingly, the present invention provides a smart service system for wireless charging and parking management that can be built easily and quickly at a low cost.

    본 발명은 무선충전 및 주차관리를 위한 스마트 서비스 시스템에 관한 것으로, 단위 주차면 중앙부에 설치되고, 무선충전 가능한 전기차를 포함하는 차량이 단위 주차면에 주차하는 경우, 상기 전기차를 무선충전시키는 무선전력 송전부와 주차관리를 위한 차단날개를 수직으로 회동하여 상기 단위 주차면의 개폐가 가능한 주차 차단제어부를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 무선충전 주차관제부; 상기 무선충전 주차관제부와 네트워크로 연결되어 상기 무선충전 주차관제부의 동작과 차단날개의 개폐를 제어하여 차량의 주차구역 입출차를 관리하고, 상기 충전 및 주차 요금을 산출하고 결제 및 주차관리 서비스를 실행하는 무선충전 주차관리 서버; 및 상기 무선충전 주차관리 서버와 네트워크로 연결되어, 상기 주차구역 주차정보를 제공받고, 상기 차량의 주차 및 충전 중 적어도 어느 하나를 요청하고, 상기 요청된 무선충전 및 주차에 대한 요금을 결제하고 상기 차단날개를 개방하여 출차를 요청하는 적어도 하나의 사용자 단말을 포함한다.
