The purpose of the present invention is to provide a new non-public charger-based electric vehicle charging system platform which is based on non-public chargers that can be easily installed and do not have mandatory opening requirements, and which operates an electric vehicle charging station in a manner other than entrusting operation of electricity sales rights. The non-public charger-based electric vehicle charging system platform according to the present invention includes a charging terminal installed indoors or outdoors to charge an electric vehicle.
