The present invention relates to a micro-satellite equipped with a heat dissipation part, comprising: a frame with an internal space; an electronic equipment part installed in an inner space of the frame; and a heat dissipation part for discharging heat from the electronic equipment part to the outside, wherein the heat dissipation part comprises: a body member; and a heat conductive sheet attached to at least a portion of the body member and having a higher thermal conductivity than the body member. The present invention can easily dissipate the heat from the electronic equipment mounted on the micro-satellite to the outside while reducing the weight of the heat dissipation part.

    본 발명은 내부공간을 가지는 프레임; 상기 프레임의 내부공간에 설치되는 전자장비부; 및 상기 전자장비부의 열을 외부로 방출하기 위한 방열부;를 포함하고, 상기 방열부는, 몸체부재, 및 상기 몸체부재의 적어도 일부에 부착되고, 상기 몸체부재보다 열전도율이 높은 열전도 시트를 포함하고, 방열부의 무게를 감소시키면서 초소형 위성에 탑재된 전자장비부의 열을 외부로 용이하게 방출시킬 수 있다.
