The present invention comprises: a laser scanner (40) which is installed on an electric vehicle battery transportation container (20), which has an electric vehicle battery (30) mounted thereon and is transported by being put on a vehicle (10), and scans an upper part of the electric vehicle battery transportation container (20) with laser on a regular basis; a video analysis unit (50) which receives a laser-scanned video on a regular basis from the laser scanner (40), compares a current laser-scanned video with a previous laser-scanned video and analyzes a deformed location and a degree of deformation of the upper part of the electric vehicle battery transportation container (20); a serious deformation location detection unit (60) which sequentially receives the deformed location and degree of deformation of the upper part of the electric vehicle battery transportation container (20) from the video analysis unit (50), and when a serious deformation location, having an accumulated degree of deformation equal to a set value or more, is detected, outputs an alarm generating signal; and an alarm unit (70) which, when the alarm generating signal is provided from the serious deformation location detection unit (60), delivers the sound and light alarms to make a driver of the vehicle (10) recognize and deal with the deformation. Accordingly, the management of the electric vehicle battery transportation container is thoroughly performed in transit.

    본 발명은, 전기차 배터리(30)를 탑재한 상태로 차량(10)에 실려 운송되는 전기차 배터리 운송용기(20) 위에 설치되어 상기 전기차 배터리 운송용기(20)의 상부를 주기적으로 레이저 스캐닝 하는 레이저 스캐너(40); 상기 레이저 스캐너(40)로부터 주기적으로 레이저 스캐닝 된 영상을 제공받아 현재 레이저 스캐닝 된 영상을 이전 레이저 스캐닝 된 영상과 비교하여 상기 전기차 배터리 운송용기(20)의 상부의 변형 위치 및 변형 정도를 분석하는 영상 분석부(50); 상기 영상 분석부(50)로부터 상기 전기차 배터리 운송용기(20)의 상부의 변형 위치 및 변형 정도를 순차적으로 제공받아 누적변형 정도가 설정치 이상인 심각변형 위치가 발견되면 경보발생신호를 출력하는 심각변형 위치 발견부(60); 및 상기 심각변형 위치 발견부(60)로부터 경보발생신호가 제공되면 소리 및 빛으로 경보하여 상기 차량(10)의 운전자가 경보를 인지하고 대처하도록 하는 경보부(70); 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
