수반 가스를 이용하여 액화천연가스를 생산하는 해양 설비가 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 해양 설비는 해저웰로부터 수집된 원유를 정유하여 오일을 생산하는 원유 처리 장치와, 원유 정유 과정에서 분리된 수반 가스를 압축하여 리저버(reservoir)로 재주입시키는 가스 재주입 장치를 갖는 원유 생산 해양 설비; 및 원유 생산 해양 설비로부터 수반 가스 중의 적어도 일부를 포함하는 피드 가스를 공급받고, 피드 가스를 처리하고 액화하여 액화천연가스를 생산하는 액화천연가스 생산 해양 설비를 포함한다. 원유 생산 해양 설비는 가스 재주입 장치에 의해 압축된 주입 가스가 역류되어 형성되는 백플로우 가스를 회수하고, 백플로우 가스를 이용하여 피드 가스를 생성하는 피드가스 공급부를 구비한다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 의하면, 수반 가스를 압축한 가스(주입 가스)를 리저버로 재주입하는 해양 설비에 있어서, 리저버로 재주입된 가스가 역류되어 회수될 수 있도록 구성하고, 회수된 백플로우(back-flow) 가스를 이용하여 액화천연가스를 생산함으로써, 수반 가스를 이용한 액화천연가스의 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있다.

    Provided is an offshore facility for producing a liquefied natural gas using an associated gas. The offshore facility according to an embodiment of the resent invention includes a crude oil production offshore facility having a crude oil processing device for refining crude oil collected from a subsea well to produce oil, and a gas reinjection device for compressing an associated gas separated in crude oil refining process to be reinjected into a reservoir, and a liquefied natural gas production offshore facility supplied with a feed gas including at least a part of the associated gas from the crude oil production offshore facility, and processing and liquefying the feed gas to generate a liquefied natural gas. The crude oil production offshore facility includes a feed gas supply unit for recovering a back-flow gas formed when an injection gas compressed by the gas reinjection device flows backward and generating the feed gas by using the back-flow gas. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the offshore facility in which the gas (injection gas) compressing the associated gas is reinjected to a reservoir is configured such that the gas reinjected to the reservoir may be recovered by flowing backward, and the recovered back-flow gas is used produce the liquefied natural gas, so that the productivity of the liquefied natural gas using the associated gas may be improved.
