The present invention relates to an electric vehicle charging control apparatus considering an apartment power system. The charging control apparatus of the present invention may comprise: a pattern analysis unit which analyzes a demand pattern, which is a power pattern consumed in an apartment complex; and a charging scheduling unit which adjusts a charging time of an electric vehicle charger. According to the present invention, a charging demand of the apartment complex may be distributed by the pattern analysis unit and the charging scheduling unit.

    본 발명의 충전 제어 장치는, 공동주택 단지에서 소비하는 전력 패턴인 수요 패턴을 분석하는 패턴 분석부, 전기차 충전기의 충전 시간을 조절하는 충전 스케쥴링부를 포함할 수 있고, 패턴 분석부 및 충전 스케쥴링부에 의해 상기 공동주택 단지의 충전 수요가 분산될 수 있다.
