The present invention relates to a block joint offshore work method. Specifically, the present invention relates to the block joint offshore work method that enables manufacturing regardless of the size of a shipyard dock when space limitations arise during loading of blocks as marine floating objects develop into ultra-large sizes. The block joint offshore work method includes: a step of adjusting heights between blocks; a step of watertight formation at a surface contact area; a step of removing seawater in the watertight area; a step of removing salt in the watertight area; a drying step; a welding step; and an inspection step.
