Disclosed are a fuel supply system for a liquefied gas propulsion vessel and a method thereof. The fuel supply system for a liquefied gas propulsion vessel of the present invention comprises: a fuel storage tank which is disposed at a vessel, and stores a liquefied gas to be supplied to an engine in the vessel; a fuel supply line through which the liquefied gas is supplied from the fuel storage tank to the engine; a return line which is connected from the engine to the fuel storage tank in order to re-circulate the liquefied gas; a separator which is disposed on the return line to perform gas-liquid separation with respect to the re-circulated liquefied gas; and a gas processing line which is branched from the return line to supply the gas separated from the separator to a BOG processing means. Here, the pressure of the separator is controlled to a pressure required by the BOG processing means. Therefore, the capacity of the fuel storage tank is reduced while the re-circulated liquefied gas can be effectively processed.
