The present invention relates to a fire truck with a lightweight subframe for supporting a carbon composite water tank for firefighting. The fire truck has a driver seat in the front and firefighting devices in the rear. The fire truck includes: a vehicle frame unit having the driver seat in the front upper part; a vehicle wheel unit installed in the lower part of the vehicle frame unit so that the vehicle frame unit is movable; a water tank for firefighting installed in the upper rear part of the vehicle frame unit and accommodating firefighting water for suppressing a fire, wherein a wall body forming an exterior is formed of a carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) material; and the lightweight subframe installed to support the water tank for firefighting in the upper rear part of the vehicle frame unit by being installed between the upper rear part of the vehicle frame unit and the water tank for firefighting, wherein the lightweight subframe is arranged in the shape of a ladder with multiple horizontal units and a pair of longitudinal units formed of an aluminum material. Accordingly, the water tank for firefighting formed of a carbon composite material is supported as a lightweight structure and sufficiently obtains structural rigidity. Therefore, the water tank for firefighting can be easily applied to the fire truck. The fire truck can save production costs and facilitate initial suppression of the fire by enabling a rapid move in case of fire. The water tank for firefighting having the lightweight structure by being formed of the carbon composite material is directly mounted and supported. So, the storage capacity of firefighting water, which has been limited in advance, becomes increased, which enables the fire truck to facilitate initial suppression of the fire without a situation where the firefighting water is insufficient, so the fire is extinguished by breaking away from the technical limit of the fire truck's loading weight limit. Moreover, the fire truck can rapidly move without missing golden time in case of a fire, thereby minimizing casualties and property damage.

    전방엔 운전석이 마련되고, 후방엔 화재 진압 장비들이 구비되는 소방차에 있어서, 운전석이 상부 전방에 구비된 차체부; 상기 차체부가 이동가능하게 상기 차체부의 하부에 구비된 차륜부; 상기 차체부의 상부 후방에 구비되고, 내부에는 화재를 진압하기 위한 소화수가 수용되며, 외관을 이루는 벽체가 탄소 섬유 강화 플라스틱(CFRP) 재질로 마련된 소화수탱크; 및, 상기 차체부의 상부 후방과 상기 소화수탱크의 사이에 구비되어 상기 차체부의 상부 후방에서 상기 소화수탱크를 지지하도록 구비되되, 알루미늄 재질로 한 쌍의 종간부와 다수의 횡간부를 갖는 사다리의 형태로 마련된 경량 서브프레임;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 탄소복합소재의 소화수탱크를 경량구조로 지지하면서도 구조적 강도가 충분히 확보되도록 함으로써, 소방차에 용이하게 적용되도록 할 수 있고, 생산 원가의 절감과 함께 화재 발생시 더욱 신속한 출동이 가능해져 화재의 초기 진압이 용이 해지도록 할 수 있으며, 탄소복합재로 마련되어 경량 구조를 갖도록 마련된 소화수탱크가 직접 장착 및 지지 되도록 함으로써, 기존에 제한된 소화수의 저장용량이 증대되도록 하여 적재중량 제한이라는 기술적 한계를 벗어나 화재 진화 중 소화수가 부족해지는 상황이 발생 됨이 없이 화재의 초기 진압이 용이 해지도록 할 수 있고, 화재 발생시 골든타임을 놓치지 않고 신속하게 출동 되도록 하여 인명 및 재산 피해가 최소화되도록 할 수 있는 탄소복합재 소화수탱크 지지용 경량 서브프레임을 갖는 소방차를 제공할 수 있다.
