The present invention relates to a heat exchange system for a refrigerator truck, and more specifically, to a heat exchange system for a refrigerator truck, which may be installed outside a loading box of the refrigerator truck to exchange heat between high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant and low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant using condensate generated during an operation of an evaporator installed inside the loading box, thereby increasing the efficiency of a condenser installed outside the loading box and reducing a load. According to the present invention, in the refrigerator truck provided with a refrigeration system comprising a compressor (100) configured to compress refrigerant, a condenser (200) configured to condense the refrigerant compressed by the compressor (100), an expansion valve (300) configured to expand the refrigerant condensed by the condenser (300) at a low temperature and low pressure, and an evaporator (400) configured to evaporate the refrigerant expanded by the expansion valve (300), the heat exchange system for a refrigerator truck comprises: a heat exchange unit (500) fixedly installed outside the loading box of the refrigerator truck to mutually exchange heat between refrigerant introduced from the condenser (200) and refrigerant introduced from the evaporator (400); a first refrigerant line (600) connected between the compressor (100) and the condenser (200) to pass through the heat exchange unit (500); and a second refrigerant line (700) connected between the compressor (100) and the evaporator (400) to pass through the heat exchange unit (500). In the heat exchange system for a refrigerator truck according to the present invention, the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant discharged from the compressor and the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant introduced from the evaporator can reduce the temperature of the refrigerant flowing to the condenser by the mutual heat exchange while passing through the heat exchange unit in which condensate is stored, thereby increasing the efficiency of the condenser and reducing the load.

    본 발명은 냉동탑차용 열교환 시스템에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 냉동탑차의 적재함 외부에 설치되어 적재함의 내부에 설치된 증발기(evaporator)의 작동 시 발생한 응축수를 이용하여 고온고압의 냉매와 저온저압의 냉매가 상호 열교환이 이루어지도록 함으로써 적재함의 외부에 설치된 응축기(condenser)의 효율을 높이는 한편 부하를 줄일 수 있는 냉동탑차용 열교환 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 냉동탑차용 열교환 시스템은 냉매를 압축시키는 압축기(100), 상기 압축기(100)에 의해 압축된 냉매를 응축시키는 응축기(200), 상기 응축기(200)에 의해 응축된 냉매를 저온저압으로 팽창시키는 팽창밸브(300) 및 상기 팽창밸브(300)에 의해 팽창된 냉매를 증발시키는 증발기(400)로 이루어지는 냉동시스템을 구비한 냉동탑차에 있어서, 상기 냉동탑차의 적재함 외부에 고정 설치되며, 상기 응축기(200)로부터 유입되는 냉매와 증발기(400)로부터 유입되는 냉매가 상호 열교환이 이루어지는 열교환부(500); 상기 압축기(100)와 응축기(200) 사이에 연결되되 상기 열교환부(500)를 통과하는 제1 냉매라인(600); 및 상기 압축기(100)와 증발기(400) 사이에 연결되되 상기 열교환부(500)를 통과하는 제2 냉매라인(700);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
