The present invention relates to an evacuation device which is installed at a building composed of multiple floors to induce evacuation from an upper floor to a lower floor, and is characterized by comprising: an evacuation frame (10) which is vertically installed at the interfloor passage of a building; an evacuation lift (20) which is mounted on the outside of the evacuation frame (10) in a vertically movable manner, and descends by the body weight of a resident riding on the upper portion to be moved to a lower floor; a speed-variable damper cylinder (30) which is vertically mounted in the evacuation frame (10), and maintains the descension of the evacuation lift (20) at a uniform speed while elevating the same to the original location; a moving pulley (40) which is mounted in the evacuation frame (10) in a vertically movable manner, and reduces the moving distance and the moving power of the evacuation lift (20) to deliver the same to the damper cylinder (30); and a connecting wire (50) which is connected to the evacuation frame (10), the evacuation lift (20) and the moving pulley (40), and links the ascending and descending operations of the evacuation lift (20) and the damper cylinder (30). Therefore, according to the present invention, the moving distance and moving power of the evacuation lift may be shortened by using the moving pulley to be delivered to the damper cylinder. Consequently, the moving range of the damper cylinder corresponding to the interfloor height may be guaranteed. Because the moving force applied to the damper cylinder is reduced, the evacuation lift may be smoothly and stably moved.

    본 발명은 다층으로 이루어진 건물에 설치되어 위층에서 아래층으로 대피를 유도하는 피난장치에 관한 것으로, 건물의 층간 통로에 수직하게 설치되는 피난프레임(10); 상기 피난프레임(10)의 외부에 상하로 이동이 가능하게 장착되고, 상부에 탑승된 거주자의 체중에 의해 하강하여 아래층으로 이동시키는 피난리프트(20); 상기 피난프레임(10)의 내부에 수직하게 장착되고, 상기 피난리프트(20)의 하강을 일정한 속도로 유지시키며 본래의 위치로 상승시키는 속도 가변형 댐퍼실린더(30); 상기 피난프레임(10)의 내부에 상하로 이동이 가능하게 장착되고, 상기 피난리프트(20)의 이동거리와 이동력을 단축시켜 댐퍼실린더(30)로 전달하는 움직도르래(40); 상기 피난프레임(10)과 피난리프트(20) 및 움직도르래(40)에 연결되고, 상기 피난리프트(20)와 댐퍼실린더(30)의 승하강 작동을 연동시키는 연결와이어(50);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서 본 발명은 움직도르래를 이용하여 피난리프트의 이동거리와 이동력을 단축시켜 댐퍼실린더로 전달해줌으로써, 층간 높이에 대응하는 댐퍼실린더의 가동범위를 확보할 수 있으면서도 댐퍼실린더에 작용되는 이동력이 감소됨에 따라 피난리프트를 부드럽고 안정적으로 이동시킬 수 있는 효과를 제공한다.
