본 발명은 부유식 발전플랜트(Floating Storage Power Plant)에서 LNG를 재기화(regassing)하여 냉각된 제1 냉매를 육상의 HVAC 시스템으로 공급함으로써, 육상 설비에서 에어컨용으로 사용될 제2 냉매 생산에 소요되는 열원으로 활용하도록, 플랜트 냉매 순환관을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하여, FSPP에서 연료용의 LNG 재기화시 발생되는 기화열을 육상 에어컨 등에 사용될 냉매의 냉각에 필요한 열원으로 활용함으로써 에너지 절감 및 냉매의 활용도를 대폭적으로 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 부유식 발전플랜트의 LNG 재기화열을 이용한 육상 HVAC 냉매 순환 시스템에 관한 것이다.

    The present invention relates to an onshore HVAC refrigerant circulation system using an LNG regassing heat of a floating storage power plant, which comprises a plant refrigerant circulation pipe in which a first refrigerant cooled by regassing LNG in a floating storage power plant (FSPP) to an onshore HVAC system is supplied to be used as a heat source for producing a second refrigerant for an air conditioner in an onshore facility. Energy can be saved and the use of refrigerant can be greatly improved by using the heat of vaporization generated during regeneration of LNG for fuel in the FSPP as a heat source required for cooling the refrigerant to be used in the onshore air conditioner.
