The present invention provides a power operation system for a parking facility, through operation ratio control. The power operation system for a parking facility includes: multiple charging control devices including a charging module for charging an electric vehicle, and installed in each parking space in an apartment building; and a management server collecting an electricity load amount by each household in the apartment building and controlling an operation ratio of the multiple charging control devices based on the total of the collected electricity load amount. The management server controls the multiple charging control devices in real time so that only a part of the multiple charging control devices is activated based on a residual electricity amount excluding the total electricity load amount by each household from a maximum available electricity amount which is set in advance about the apartment building. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the power operation system for a parking facility can efficiently operate a charging system for only an electric vehicle in the apartment building.
본 발명은 가동 비율 제어를 통한 주차 시설의 전력 운용 시스템을 제안한다. 상기 시스템은 공동주택 내의 각 주차 공간에 설치되며, 전기 차량의 충전을 위한 충전 모듈을 구비하는 복수 개의 충전 제어 장치들, 공동주택의 각 세대별 전기 부하량을 수집하고, 수집된 전기 부하량의 총합을 기준으로 복수 개의 충전 제어 장치들의 가동 비율을 제어하는 관리 서버를 포함하고, 관리 서버는 공동주택을 대상으로 사전에 설정된 최대 가용 전력량으로부터 각 세대별 전기 부하량의 총합을 제외한 잔존 전력량을 기준으로, 복수 개의 충전 제어 장치들 중의 일부만이 활성화되도록 실시간 제어할 수 있다.
