본 발명은 증발기에서 유출한 냉매의 압력 및 온도를 측정할 수 있는 PT센서를 일체화로 전자팽창밸브를 구성하여, 기존 부품의 변경 없이 진동 회피가 가능하고, 와이어링의 길이절감은 물론 단순화되어, 냉매를 효율적으로 제어할 수 있고, 기존의 기계블록형 팽창밸브 시스템과 동일한 부품으로 옵션화 할 수 있어 호환성이 높고, 외기온도를 통해 현재 과열도과 목표(설정) 과열도를 비교하여 교축유로의 열림량이 제어되는 PT센서를 일체로 구비한 전자식 팽창밸브의 제어방법을 제공한다.
The present invention relates to an electronic expansion valve integrally having a PT sensor and a control method thereof, wherein the electronic expansion valve integrally has a PT sensor which can measure pressure and temperature of a refrigerant discharged from an evaporator to avoid vibration without replacement of an existing component. Moreover, wiring is simplified while a length of the wiring is reduced, and thus the refrigerant can be efficiently controlled. In addition, the electronic expansion valve can be alternated with the same component with an existing machine block type expansion valve system as an option to have improved compatibility. Furthermore, an opening rate of a throttle flow path can be controlled by comparing current superheat with target (predetermined) superheat through outdoor temperature.
