The present invention relates to a safety management system of a substation with a transformer. A GIS gas leakage detection unit including an autonomous vehicle, a turntable, a vertical pivoting table, an air suction device, a leakage gas detector, a control unit, and a communication unit can check gas leakage in real time while moving along a moving path around a GIS, which is a gas leakage monitoring target, can minimize a detection error by sucking air around the GIS to detect SF6 gas in the sucked air and rapidly and accurately check the gas leakage, can reduce installation costs because one GIS gas leakage detection unit can detect leakage of the SF6 gas in the entire GIS, and can accurately detect the gas leakage of the GIS by always directing an air suction port toward the GIS and allowing the air to be sucked over the entire height from a top to a bottom of the GIS.

    본 발명은 변압기가 설치된 변전소의 안전관리시스템에 관한 것으로, 자율주행대차, 턴테이블, 상하회동대, 공기흡입기, 누설가스 검출기, 제어부 및 통신부를 구비한 GIS 가스누설 감지부가 가스누설 감시대상인 GIS 주변의 이동경로를 따라 이동하면서 실시간으로 가스누설 여부를 확인할 수 있으며, GIS 주변의 공기를 흡입하여 흡입된 공기 중의 SF6가스를 검출함으로써 검출오류를 최소화하고 가스누설 여부를 보다 신속하고 정확하게 확인할 수 있고, 1기의 GIS 가스누설 감지부에 의하여 GIS 전체에 대한 SF6가스 누설 여부를 감지할 수 있어 설치비용을 절감할 수 있도록 하며, 공기흡입구가 항상 GIS를 향하게 함과 아울러 GIS의 상단에서 하단에 이르는 전고에 걸쳐서 공기가 흡입되게 함으로써 GIS의 가스누설 여부를 보다 정확하게 검출할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
