According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a detention device for stopping a runaway ship capable of preventing the escape without human casualties against the illegal runaway ship. The detention device for stopping a runaway ship may comprise: a propellant launched from a launcher and transported toward the runaway ship; an operating body detachably coupled to the propellant; a sensor unit installed on the operating body to recognize the position of a propeller of the runaway ship and induce the propellant to move to the propeller; and a wire unit installed inside the operating body and discharged from the operating body to be wound around the propeller of the runaway ship.

    본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 도주선박을 정선시키기 위한 구금장치는, 발사장치로부터 발사되어 도주선박을 향해 이송되는 추진체, 상기 추진체에 분리 가능하게 결합되는 작동체, 상기 작동체에 설치되어 상기 도주선박의 프로펠러의 위치를 인식하여, 상기 추진체가 상기 프로펠러로 이동하도록 유도하는 센서부 및 상기 작동체의 내부에 설치되고, 상기 작동체로부터 배출되어 상기 도주선박의 프로펠러에 감길 수 있는 와이어부를 포함할 수 있다.
