본 발명은 해양에너지발전설비를 조선소 독크, 또는 바지선(30)에서 제작하여 부력으로 진수, 예인한 교각(101)을 조차가 크고 파도가 높은 해안선을 따라 해저에 고정하여 형성된 다수의 수로(20)를 호형 방수수문(60)으로 막고 발전설비를 건설하거나, 조선소 독크, 또는 바지선(30)에서 교각 철근과 결속한 호형 방수수문(60)을 지지대로 골격을 제작한 다수의 발전설비 세트를 부력으로 진수, 예인하여 해안선을 따라 암반에 다단계 연결하고 고정하면서 잔여 공사를 마무리하여 형성되는 방조제(10)로 저수지(200)를 조성함으로써 토석 등을 이용한 임시 물막이 설치 공정을 배제하여 공사비를 절약하고 공사기간을 단축하는 해양에너지발전설비의 수중 설치공법에 관한 것이다.
The present invention relates to an underwater construction method for an ocean energy generating facility. Multiple channels (20) are formed as a pier (101), which is launched and towed by buoyancy by being manufactured in a dockyard dock or a barge (30), is fixed to an ocean floor along a coastline with large tidal difference and high waves. The multiple channels (20) are blocked by an arc-shaped waterproof sluice (60), and an ocean energy generating facility is constructed. Or a frame of multiple energy generating facility sets are manufactured using the arc-shaped waterproof sluice (60), which is coupled to a reinforcing bar of the pier in the dockyard dock or the barge (30), as a support. While the multiple energy generating facility sets are connected and fixed to rock at multiple stages along the coastline by being launched and towed by the buoyance, residual construction is finished so that a breakwater (10) is formed. A reservoir (200) is created with the breakwater (10). Therefore, the underwater construction method for an ocean energy generating facility can save construction costs and reduce construction periods by excluding a temporary stop gate installation process using soil and stone. The underwater construction method for an ocean energy generating facility executes either one breakwater (10) installation step in which the energy generating facility is built in the multiple channels one by one or the other breakwater (10) installation step in which the frame of the multiple energy generating facility sets is connected at the multiple stages and fixed to ocean floor rock.
