The present invention relates to a solar distress prevention buoy in which the positional information of a person in distress is immediately reported through a radio wave transmission device to a nearby marine police station or the like, thereby enabling the position of the person in distress to be grasped quickly and accurately, and the distress accident of the person in distress can be reported to the surroundings by the blinking operation of a light-emitting diode module at the same time. The solar distress prevention buoy comprises: an upper module part having a light-emitting diode module installed on an edge of an upper surface, and a buoyant body installed therein; a lower module part combined with a lower part of the upper module part to be able to be attached and detached; a solar power generation part installed on a central part of an upper surface of the upper module part; a control PCB installed on a lower side inside the upper module part and formed as a board in the shape of a flat panel having a radio wave transmission device mounted thereon; a pressure detection means mounted on top of the control PCB to detect underwater air pressure or underwater water pressure; a separation member provided between the upper module part and the lower module part; and a separation preventing string having one end part combined and fixed to a lower part of the outer side of the upper module part, and having the other end part combined and fixed to a lower part of the inner side of the lower module part.

    본 발명은 조난자의 위치정보를 전파송신장치를 통해 인근 해양경찰서 등에 즉각 통보해줌으로서 조난자의 위치를 신속하고 정확하게 파악할 수 있도록 하며, 이와 동시에 발광다이오드 모듈의 점멸작동에 의해 조난자의 조난사고를 주위에 알릴 수 있도록 하는 태양광 조난 방지용 부표에 관한 것으로, 그 구성은 상면 가장자리에 발광다이오드 모듈이 설치되고 내부에 부력체가 설치되는 상부모듈부; 상기 상부모듈부의 하부에 착탈 가능하게 결합되는 하부모듈부; 상기 상부모듈부의 상면 중앙부에 설치되는 태양광 발전부; 상기 상부모듈부의 내부 하측에 설치되며 전파송신장치가 실장된 평판 형태의 기판으로 형성되는 제어PCB; 상기 제어PCB 상에 실장되어 수중기압 또는 수중수압을 감지하는 압력감지수단; 상기 상부모듈부와 하부모듈부 사이에 구비되는 이탈부재; 및 상기 상부모듈부의 외측 하부에 일단부가 고정 결합되고 상기 하부모듈부의 내측 하부에 타단부가 고정 결합되는 이탈방지끈;을 포함하여 이루어진다.
