The present invention describes various embodiments relating to a system and a method for measuring an underground facility, which can check an inner condition of an underground facility including water supply and sewerage by using a drone. According to an embodiment, the system for measuring an underground facility including water supply and sewerage by using a drone comprises: a drone flying inside an underground facility; a control server which can wirelessly communicate with the drone, select a flight area for the underground facility, and provide coordinate values for flight and map information for the flight area to the drone through wireless communication; and a rotating device rotatably coupled to the drone, and having a camera disposed thereon. The rotating device can rotate the camera in the upward, downward, forward, and backward directions of the drone to photograph the entire interior of the underground facility, and can rotate the camera in each direction and slide the camera in a straight line. Therefore, the system can reduce the cost of maintenance of the underground facility, the cost of measurement thereof, and the time required therefor. In addition, other various embodiments are possible.

    본 발명은, 드론을 이용하여 상하수도를 포함하는 지하시설물의 내부 상태를 확인하는 지하시설물 측량 시스템 및 방법과 관련된 다양한 실시예들이 기술된 바, 한 실시예에 따르면, 드론을 이용한 상하수도를 포함하는 지하시설물 측량 시스템은, 상기 지하시설물의 내부에서 비행하는 드론; 상기 드론과 무선통신가능하고, 상기 지하시설물의 비행할 비행구역을 선정하여 비행할 좌표값 및 비행구역에 대한 지도정보를 무선통신을 통해 상기 드론에 제공하는 통제서버; 및 상기 드론에 회전 가능하게 결합되고, 카메라가 배치되는 회전 장치;를 포함하고, 상기 회전 장치는, 상기 지하시설물의 내부 전체를 촬영하기 위해 상기 카메라를 상기 드론의 상방향, 하방향, 전방향 및 후방향으로 회전시킴과 아울러 각각의 방향들로 회전시킨 후 상기 카메라를 직선으로 슬라이딩 이동시킬 수 있으며, 이외에도 다양한 다른 실시예들이 가능하다.
