저전력 장거리 통신 기반의 주차 센서를 이용하여 주차 공간의 차량을 감지하고, 휴대 단말의 앱을 통해 주차 예약 및 결제가 가능하도록 한 주차 공간 공유 시스템 및 방법을 제시한다. 제시된 주차 공간 공유 방법은 저전력 장거리 통신망을 통해 주차 공간의 주차 상태를 수집하는 단계, 주차 상태를 근거로 복수의 주차 공간에 대한 주차 상태를 사용자 단말에 제공하는 단계, 사용자 단말로부터 주차 이용 시작 요청을 수신하는 단계 및 사용자 단말로부터 주차 이용 종료 요청을 수신하면 주차 비용을 정산하는 단계를 포함한다.

    Proposed are a parking space sharing system and method that detect a vehicle in a parking space using a low-power, long-distance, communication-based parking sensor, and make it possible to reserve and pay for parking through an application of a portable terminal. The proposed parking space sharing method comprises the steps of: collecting parking states of parking spaces through a low-power, long-distance communication network; providing the parking states of a plurality of parking spaces to a user terminal on the basis of the parking states; receiving a parking start request from the user terminal; and calculating a parking fee upon receiving a parking end request from the user terminal.
