고압 탱크(10)의 제조 방법은, 라이너(11)와, 섬유 강화 수지층(12)을 구비하고, 섬유 강화 수지층(12)은, 라이너(11)의 외면을 덮는 제1 보강층과, 제1 보강층의 외면을 덮는 제2 보강층(13)을 갖는 고압 탱크(10)의 제조 방법이며, 섬유 강화 수지에 의해 주위 방향으로 섬유가 배향된 통 부재(21)를 형성하고, 섬유 강화 수지에 의해 2개의 돔 부재(22, 23)를 형성하고, 통 부재(21)와 돔 부재(22 및 23)를 접합하여, 제1 보강층으로서의 보강체(20)를 형성하고, 보강체(20)의 외면에, 섬유 강화 수지에 의해 2개의 돔 부재(22, 23)에 걸쳐서 섬유가 배향된 제2 보강층(13)을 형성한다.

    A method for manufacturing a high-pressure tank (10) including a liner (11) and a fiber-reinforced resin layer (12), the fiber-reinforced resin layer (12) having a first reinforcing layer covering an outer surface of the liner (11) and a second reinforcing layer (13) covering an outer surface of the first reinforcing layer includes: forming a cylinder member (21) made of a fiber-reinforced resin and having fibers oriented in a circumferential direction of the cylinder member (21); forming two dome members (22, 23) made of the fiber-reinforced resin; forming a reinforcing body (20) that is the first reinforcing layer by joining the cylinder member (21) and the dome members (22, 23); and forming on an outer surface of the reinforcing body (20) the second reinforcing layer (13) made of the fiber-reinforced resin and having fibers oriented across the dome members (22, 23).
