The present invention relates to a vessel collision mitigation apparatus installed at a port quay. The vessel collision mitigation apparatus includes: a support frame installed in a corner of a quay, and comprising a ground fixing part constructed on the ground in the quay, a rear side part bent from the ground fixing part to come in tight contact with a side of the quay, and a mounting fixing part bent forward from the rear side part to be extended; an installation frame installed to be rotatable in the support frame, and having a handrail integrated therewith; a buffer member interposed between the installation frame and the mounting fixing part to be protruding to the front of a head part, and made of a buffer material; a connection fixing part engaged with the buffer member to prevent the separation of the buffer member from the support frame and the installation frame; an erection keeping unit keeping the handrail erect to block the installation frame and the connection fixing part, and preventing the handrail and the installation frame from being rotated by an external force caused by wind or waves; and a separation prevention part keeping the connection fixing part and the buffer member engaged so as to prevent the separation of the buffer member from the connection fixing part when the installation frame is rotated and the buffer member is separated from the mounting fixing part to be replaced. Therefore, the present invention is capable of saving time and costs for replacement or installation of a buffer member.

    본 발명은, 부두 모서리에 설치되고, 부두의 지면에 시공되는 지면고정부, 상기 지면고정부로부터 굴곡되어 부두의 측면에 밀착되는 배면부, 및 상기 배면부로부터 전방 측으로 굴곡되어 연장되는 거치고정부로 이루어지는 지지프레임; 상기 지지프레임에 회전 가능하게 설치되고, 난간이 일체로 형성되는 설치프레임; 상기 설치프레임과 상기 거치고정부 사이에 개재되어 두부의 전방으로 돌출되게 배치되고, 완충재질로 이루어지는 완충부재; 상기 완충부재가 상기 지지프레임 및 상기 설치프레임으로부터 분리되는 것을 방지하도록 상기 완충부재와 걸림결합되는 연결고정부; 상기 난간이 직립된 상태를 유지시켜 상기 설치프레임 및 상기 연결고정부를 구속하고, 바람 또는 파도에 의한 외력에 의해 상기 난간 및 상기 설치프레임이 회전되는 것을 방지하는 직립유지부; 및 상기 설치프레임을 회전시켜 상기 완충부재를 상기 거치고정부로부터 분리시키면서 교체작업을 진행할 때에 상기 완충부재가 상기 연결고정부로부터 분리되는 것을 방지하도록 상기 연결고정부와 상기 완충부재 사이의 걸림결합을 유지시키는 이탈방지부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
