The present invention relates to a durability measuring device for a dash panel and a brake of a vehicle, which may comprise: a cylinder which pressurizes and pushes a brake pedal; a detector which detects the pressing of the brake pedal to a location point at which a load desired by the cylinder is generated; and a control device which arranges and stores the information detected and measured in the cylinder and the detector in order to control the entirety of the device. Here, the load is set by the angular displacement of a brake arm which is rotated along the rotation shaft. Therefore, without having to separately set an operation condition of a measuring device for each car model, durability can be measured under the same load condition, in order to facilitate ease in installation, setting and management of the measuring device, thereby providing excellent workability. In addition, the operating condition is not required to be separately set to provide the same inspection condition, thereby increasing reliability in the inspection result value.

    본 발명은 차량의 대시 패널 및 브레이크 내구성 측정장치에 관한 것으로서, 브레이크 페달을 눌러서 밀어내는 실린더와 실린더가 원하는 하중이 발생하는 위치점까지 브레이크 페달을 눌러내는 것을 감지하는 감지기, 실린더와 감지기에서 감지, 측정한 정보를 정리, 저장하고 장치 전체를 제어하는 제어장치로 구성되며, 회전축을 따라서 회전하는 브레이크 암의 각변위로 하중을 설정하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라 차종 마다 측정장치의 작동 조건을 따로 설정할 필요없이 동일한 하중 조건으로 내구성을 측정하여 측정장치의 설치와 설정, 운용이 용이하여 작업성이 우수하며, 작동 조건을 따로 설정할 필요없이 동일한 검사 조건으로 하여 검사결과 값에 대한 신뢰성이 높다.
