The present invention relates to a method for coating an aircraft arresting belt which can be used for a long time without deterioration in strength even when used for a long time in a state where the aircraft arresting belt that safely stops an aircraft when the aircraft leaves a designated runway exposures to ultraviolet rays. According to the present invention, arresting belt material is locked into a mixing container and then a surface coating is performed while passing through a drying furnace. In addition, the mixing container is filled with a coating solution comprising a coating adhesive, an antibacterial agent, and a pigment, and then the arresting belt material is moved while being submerged in the coating solution filled in the mixing container at a speed of 1-1.5 m/min. In addition, the coating solution is dehydrated by compressing both sides of the arresting belt wound around the coating solution and then is dried in a state before the coating is performed by moving the inside of a drying furnace maintaining a temperature of 240^oC or less.

    본 발명은 항공기가 지정된 활주로를 벗어나게 될 때 항공기를 안전하게 정지시키는 항공기 초과 저지벨트가 자외선에 노출된 상태에서 장시간 사용되더라도 강도가 저하되지 않으면서 장시간 사용이 가능케 하는 항공기 초과 저지 벨트의 코팅 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 초과저지 벨트 생지를 믹스통에 잠가준 후 건조로를 통과하면서 표면 코팅이 이루어지게 하는 것으로, 믹스통에는 코팅 접착제와 항균제 및 안료를 포함한 코팅액을 채운 다음 초과저지 벨트 생지가 믹스통에 채워진 코팅액에 잠긴 상태로 이동시키되 1-1.5m/min 의 속도로 이동시키고, 상기 코팅액에 감긴 초과저지 벨트의 양쪽을 압착하여 코팅액을 탈수시킨 후 240oC 이하의 온도를 유지하는 건조로의 내부를 이동시켜 코팅이 이루어지기 전 상태로 건조가 이루어진다.
