전원을 재투입할 때, 또는 슬립 모드로부터 복귀할 때에, 에어컨 기기 등의 대기시간을 줄이고, 전동밸브의 제어 시작의 지연을 방지할 수 있는 전동밸브 제어 장치 및 그것을 구비한 전동밸브 장치를 제공한다. 전동밸브(9)의 전원 절단을 예고하는 전원 절단 신호 또는 슬립 모드로의 이행을 예고하는 슬립 이행 신호를 외부로부터 수신한 후에, 전동밸브(9)의 동작을 정지시킨 상태(현재)의 밸브 개방도 정보를 EEPROM(불휘발성의 기억부)(11c)에 기억한다. 전원 재투입시 또는 슬립 모드로부터의 복귀시에 EEPROM(11c)에 기억한 현재의(최근의) 밸브 개방도 정보를 EEPROM(11c)으로부터 판독하여 전동밸브(9)의 제어를 재개한다.

At the time of inputting power again or cancelling a sleep mode, the current (immediately precedent) valve opening degree information stored in the EEPROM 11c is read from the EEPROM 11c to resume a control of the electric valve 9.
