Disclosed is a distance measuring device of an autonomous vehicle, in which a camera and a lidar sensor are integrated to increase the accuracy of distance measurement on an object. The disclosed device includes: a lidar mounting unit equipped with the lidar sensor; a camera mounting unit which is mounted with a camera sensor and is installed below the lidar mounting unit; and an adjustment member for adjusting the left and right angles and the up and down angles of the camera sensor. The camera mounting unit includes a camera fixing plate that is coupled to the camera sensor but enables left and right angle movement and up and down angle movement of the camera sensor in association with the adjustment member.
