본 발명은 댐 안전 관리 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 댐 인프라 안전점검 및 시설관리의 기술 고도화를 통해 신속성, 정확성, 효율성 등을 대폭적으로 개선할 수 있는 디지털 트윈 기반 지능형 댐 안전 관리 시스템에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 시설물에 계측수단이 설치된 댐에 대해 드론 및 촬영수단 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상으로 촬영한 이미지에 기초하여 3D 댐 모델링을 구축하고, 3D 댐 모델링을 관리영역 단위별로 세분화하며, 3D 댐 모델링상에 시설물 정보 및 계측수단의 측정정보 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상을 표시하기 위한 디지털 트윈 생성모듈과; 상기 관리영역 단위별로 일정 비행경로 정보가 저장되고 열화상 카메라가 장착된 드론이 촬영한 이미지를 3D 댐 모델링에 매핑하고, 매핑 전후 3D 댐 모델링을 비교 표출하면서 열화상 정사영상을 통해 댐의 누수 또는 백태 변화를 확인 가능하도록 하는 3D 모델링 매핑모듈과; 상기 드론이 촬영한 댐 콘크리트 구조물 이미지를 딥러닝 방식으로 분석하여 콘크리트 균열을 판별하기 위한 콘크리트 균열 판별모듈;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

    The present invention relates to a digital twin-based intelligent dam safety management system. According to the present invention, considerable improvements can be achieved in speed, accuracy, efficiency, and so on through dam infrastructure safety inspection and facility management technology advancement. The present invention includes: a digital twin generation module for building 3D dam modeling with respect to a dam where measuring means is installed at a facility based on an image captured by at least one of a drone and imaging means, subdividing the 3D dam modeling by management region, and displaying at least one of facility information and measurement information of the measuring means on the 3D dam modeling; a 3D modeling mapping module mapping the 3D dam modeling with an image captured by a thermal imaging camera-equipped drone and storing certain flight path information by management region and enabling the confirmation of dam water leakage or efflorescence change through a thermal imaging orthoimage while comparing and expressing the pre- and post-mapping 3D dam modeling; and a concrete crack identification module for performing concrete crack identification by deep learning analysis of a dam concrete structure image captured by the drone.
