비행체를 이용하여 선박 운항 환경 및 파형 정보를 획득하고, 획득한 환경 및 파형 정보와 선박 운항 정보를 종합적으로 분석하여 선박의 안전을 감시하고, 이를 선박 운항에 적용하여 선박의 안전 운항을 도모하도록 한 비행체를 이용한 선박 안전운항 지원시스템에 관한 것으로서, 운항 선박의 위치 정보와 사전에 입력된 선박 루트(route) 정보를 기초로 비행경로를 설정하고, 설정된 비행경로를 자동으로 비행하면서 선박 및 선박 주변 환경 정보를 획득하는 비행체; 비행체를 안착시키며, 상기 비행체에서 수집한 선박 또는 선박 주변 환경 정보를 선박 안전운항 지원장치로 전송하고, 선박 안전운항 지원장치에서 전송된 제어 명령을 상기 비행체에 전송해주는 도킹 스테이션; 및 도킹 스테이션으로부터 전송된 영상 정보 및 데이터를 저장하며, 영상 정보 및 데이터와 선박에서 획득한 운항 정보를 분석하여 선박의 안전 여부를 분석하고, 분석 결과 위험 상황으로 판단되면 비행체가 비상 모드로 전환되어 운영되도록 제어하며, 위험 상황에 대한 경보를 제어하는 선박 안전운항 지원장치를 포함하여, 비행체를 이용한 선박 안전운항 지원시스템을 구현한다.

    The present invention relates to a vessel safe sailing assisting system using a flight vehicle capable of monitoring the safety of a vessel by acquiring information about sailing conditions of the vessel and waveforms and synthetically analyzing the acquired sailing conditions of the vehicle and waveforms and enabling the safe sailing of the vessel by applying the same to the sailing of the vessel. The vessel safe sailing assisting system using the flight vehicle includes: the flight vessel setting a flight route based on information about a route of the vessel inputted in advance and information about a location of the vessel and acquiring information about the vessel and environments around the vessel while automatically flying in the preset flight route; a docking station where the flight vehicle lands transmitting the information about the vessel or the environments around the vessel collected by the flight vehicle to a vessel safe sailing assisting device and transmitting a control command transmitted from the vessel safe sailing assisting device to the flight vehicle; and the vessel safe sailing assisting device storing video information and data transmitted from the docking station, analyzing the safety of the vessel by analyzing video information, data, and the sailing information acquired from the vessel, controlling the flight vehicle to be switched and operated in an emergency mode when a dangerous situation is determined base on a result of the analysis, and controlling a warning about the dangerous situation.
