The present invention relates to a polyurea coating device for reducing microplastics and an eco-friendly product manufactured using the same, and more specifically, to a polyurea coating device for reducing microplastics and an eco-friendly product manufactured using the same, wherein the occurrence of microplastics is reduced and eco-friendly and semi-permanent products can be manufactured by coating polyurea on the surface to an object to be coated composed of plastics, styrofoam, steel, wood and the like by using an automated process.

    본 발명은 미세플라스틱 저감을 위한 폴리우레아 코팅장치 및 그를 이용해 제조된 친환경 제품에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 외면이 플라스틱류, 스티로폼류, 철재류, 목재류 등으로 구성된 피도포물에 폴리우레아를 자동화 공정을 이용하여 코팅함으로써 미세플라스틱의 발생을 감소시키고 친환경적이고 반영구적인 제품을 제조할 수 있는 미세플라스틱 저감을 위한 폴리우레아 코팅장치 및 그를 이용해 제조된 친환경 제품에 관한 것이다.
