The present invention relates to a system and a method for the inspection and management of a wind power generation facility based on a drone, wherein the precise and efficient inspection and history management of a new and renewable power generation facility are enabled by analyzing image data photographed by a drone, the system comprising: a wind power generation facility managing drone for photographing the images of a power generation facility via facility inspection flight and photography control to obtain images for the inspection and management of a wind power generation facility and processing and transmitting the photographed images; a wind power generation facility inspection and management server for managing the wind power generation facility managing drone, converting the obtained images into a DB, converting the obtained images into three-dimensional models, and performing inspection and history management depending on the analysis of defects; and a manager terminal for managing the input and deletion of the image data for the inspection and management of the wind power generation facility, selecting a three-dimensional model management portion for the analysis of defects and supporting the provision of a three-dimensional model screen, the writing of a markup report and the provision of a statistical graph.

    본 발명은 드론으로 촬영한 영상 자료를 분석하여 신재생 발전설비의 정밀하고 효율적인 점검 이력 관리가 가능하도록 한 드론 기반의 풍력발전설비 점검관리를 위한 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 풍력발전설비 점검관리를 위한 영상 획득을 위하여, 설비점검비행 및 촬영 제어를 통하여 발전설비 영상을 촬영하고 촬영된 영상 처리 및 전송을 하는 풍력발전설비 관리 드론;상기 풍력발전설비 관리 드론을 관리하고, 획득 영상을 DB화하고 획득 영상을 3D 모델 변환하고 결함 분석에 따른 점검 이력 관리를 하는 풍력발전설비 점검관리 서버;풍력발전설비 점검관리를 위한 영상 자료의 입력 및 삭제 관리를 하고, 3D 모델 관리 부위 선택을 하여 결함 분석을 하고, 3D 모델 화면 제공 및 마크업 리포트 작성,통계그래프 제공을 지원하는 관리자 단말;을 포함하는 것이다.
