The disclosed center bearing mounting unit of a propeller shaft for a vehicle aims to mount a center bearing mounted on a propeller shaft on a vehicle body through a mount bracket, wherein the mount bracket is coupled to the center bearing in spherical contact with the center bearing in a longitudinal direction of the propeller shaft so as to correspond to a predetermined angle of the center bearing, and can be coupled to a vehicle body to be adjustable in height through height adjustment holes.
